Oshu Studio offers professional photography and videography services for individuals and businesses, including but not limited to event coverage, portrait sessions, corporate shoots, and product photography. Details of the specific services and pricing will be provided at the time of booking.
All bookings for services must be confirmed via the Oshu Studio website or through direct communication with our team. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due before or after the event as agreed upon.
All photographs, videos, and other media created by Oshu Studio are the intellectual property of Oshu Studio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You may use these media for personal or commercial purposes only as agreed upon in your contract.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information about their event or project, including the location, dates, and times. Clients must also ensure that they have the necessary permissions to take photographs and videos at the locations or events.
Cancellations made [X] days before the scheduled service will be eligible for a refund of the deposit minus any applicable fees. Cancellations made within [Y] days of the scheduled service may incur full charges. Rescheduling requests should be made at least [Z] days in advance.
Oshu Studio is not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services rendered.
